Basic information

The Residence Village campsite is located near Cavallino-Treporti, a popular resort location near Venice that attracts both local and foreign guests every year. The area is known for its many campsites along a long sandy beach, cafés, restaurants and lively nightlife.

The campsite offers mobile homes, pitches, bungalows, apartments and rooms. Pitches measure up to 70m2, all with electricity, and many with water and drainage. There are several toilets on site, where you will find washing and drying machines in addition to showers and toilets (adapted for disabled people).

The campsite is known for its large swimming pool complex with water slides and whirlpools, as well as children's play areas. Some of the pools are heated. Of course, you can also spend the day on the campsite's beach, right next to the shallow sea, where you can rent pre-arranged umbrellas and sun loungers. The campsite also has a restaurant with a pizzeria and several bars, one of which is also on the beach. The patisserie is a great place for Italian ice cream. There is also a shop, a hairdresser and a medical clinic.

Bicycles can be rented at the campsite, as the destination is ideal for cycling trips. There is also entertainment for both children and adults: there is a kids' club, group exercise and dance classes, and creative workshops.

Mobile homes description

We offer 2 types of mobile homes, differing in size and number of bedrooms. The larger one has 3 bedrooms, while the smaller one has 2. Both offer a covered terrace with table, chairs and sun loungers, and the interior is air-conditioned and, in addition to the bedrooms listed, offers a common area with a fully equipped kitchen and dining area and a bathroom.

Pets are not allowed in the mobile homes. WiFi is available for an extra charge. Barbecue facilities can be found next to the cottages.
