1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
In accordance with these general terms and conditions, the organizer Avtokampi d.o.o. (hereinafter referred to as the "organizer") is organizing a prize contest on the website avtokampi.si. The organizer reserves the right to amend and change these rules. Any changes or additions will be published on https://www.avtokampi.si
2. DURATION OF THE PRIZE DRAW
The duration of the contest is predetermined and announced on the Avtokampi.si Facebook page and in the newsletter sent on June 5, 2026. The contest runs until June 14, 2026. The winners will be announced on the Facebook page.
3. PURPOSE OF THE PRIZE DRAW
The purpose of the prize draw is to promote the new Avtokampi camping card.
4. TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION IN THE PRIZE DRAW
By participating in the prize draw, participants accept and agree to these general terms and conditions, including the Privacy Policy. Natural persons with permanent residence in the EU may participate in the prize draw. Persons employed by the organizer and companies associated with the organizer (business partners) and their immediate family members may not participate in the prize draw. The organizer is not responsible for the participation of persons who provide false information when registering for the prize draw.
5. PRIZE DRAW PROCEDURE, PARTICIPATION METHOD, AND RAFFLE
To be eligible to participate in the sweepstakes, a natural person must meet the eligibility requirements during the sweepstakes period—that is, order a new Avtokampi 2026 card by June 14, 2026. The drawing will take place on Thursday, June 18, 2026 at the Avtokampi.si headquarters, and the results will be published on the website or Avtokampi.si Facebook profile. No appeals regarding the draw results will be accepted. Each participant in the prize draw may receive only one prize and may be selected only once, regardless of the number of entries submitted or cards purchased.
6. PRIZE AND COLLECTION OF THE PRIZE
The following prize will be awarded in the prize draw:
- Free 7-day rental of a mobile home for 4+2 people at Valamar Camping Lanterna during the low season: after September 10, 2026.
- 20 packs of Bollsen earplugs, featuring the Avtokampi.si website logo on the packaging
The winner will be notified of the prize collection by email. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash, nor can it be exchanged for another prize. The right to the prize cannot be transferred to a third party. The organizer reserves the right not to award the prize if it determines that the winner has participated in the prize contest in violation of these rules.
7. TAXES AND INCOME TAX ADVANCE PAYMENTS
The obligation to pay all taxes and contributions shall be borne by the organizer. As a taxpayer, the winner is required to provide the organizer with personal information (first name, last name, address, and tax number). If the prize meets the conditions in accordance with the law governing income tax, the recipient is obliged to report the prize in their income tax return. The organizer will deduct income tax from the stated value of the prize in accordance with applicable regulations.
8. ORGANIZER'S RESPONSIBILITIES AND RIGHTS
The organizer assumes no responsibility whatsoever for any undesirable consequences that participants may suffer as a result of participating in the prize contest or for any damage that may arise as a result of accepting and using the prize, which the participants expressly agree to by entering this prize draw.
9. RESPONSIBILITIES AND RIGHTS OF THE WINNER
The winner is aware that they are participating in the prize draw at their own risk.
10. FINAL PROVISIONS
All complaints regarding the prize draw shall be resolved by the organizer. The organizer undertakes to resolve justified complaints as soon as possible and to notify the complainant thereof. Any disputes relating to this prize draw that cannot be resolved amicably shall be settled by the competent court in Ljubljana.

STATEMENT ON THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA IN THE PRIZE GAME
The personal data controller is Avtokampi d.o.o., available at the email address: info@avtokampi.si
The basis for the processing of personal data is the consent of the participants in accordance with point (a) of the first paragraph of Article 6 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Participants may withdraw their consent at any time, but such withdrawal shall not affect the lawfulness of the processing of data carried out on the basis of consent prior to its withdrawal. By participating in the prize draw, participants agree to the use, management, and processing of the following personal data for the purpose of conducting this prize draw:
– First and last name
– Email address
Personal data will be stored for 6 months after the end of the prize draw for the purposes of conducting the prize draw. E-mail addresses will be stored until the recipient unsubscribes from the e-newsletter.
Participants have the right to request access to the data stored about them from the controller. If participants exercise their right to portability, the organizer will provide them with the data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable, and interoperable format. Participants also have the right to request the withdrawal of consent, correction, deletion, or restriction of the processing of personal data. They can exercise their rights with the controller Avtokampi d.o.o. at the email address of the data protection officer: info@avtokampi.si. Participants also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner.
