Camping Baia Holiday Cavallino will be open until November 3 during the 2025 season, and then again for the Christmas and New Year holidays from December 15 to January 7.

Basic information

Camping Baia Holiday Cavallino - Venice is arranged on the famous tourist peninsula in front of Venice, where guests enjoy a 15 km long sandy beach. The campsite is one of the best in Italy and also boasts the Superplatz award given by the German car club ADAC.

The Panta Rei Spa wellness centre, with indoor pool, whirlpools, saunas, massages and a beauty centre, was opened at Camping Cavallino in 2021. The wellness center is subject to an additional charge and is available to adults (16+), while families with children can visit the wellness center every day between 1 p.m. and 3 p.m.

Campsite Baia Holiday Cavallino offers 457 well arranged camping pitches equipped with electricity and water connections, as well as rental of mobile homes. Camping Cavallino is part of the Baia Holiday group of camps, which also has campsites elsewhere in Italy, France and Croatia.

The campsite is very suitable for families with small children, as the sandy beach means a lot of fun for children. Additionally, they will be able to enjoy as well a large pool complex, excellent animation and many playgrounds. There are also several sports courts for beach volleyball, football and mini golf.

Dogs are also welcome in the campsite Cavallino, as they have showers in the camp, and a dog beach is marked in front of the camp, which is quite rare in Italy. From the port of Punta Sabbioni (6 km from the campsite - bus stop is at the campsite in high season and 600 m away in spring and autumn) there is a boat vaporetto connection (as public transport in Venice) several times a day (lines 14 and 15, driving time approx. 40 minutes, one way price € 9.50 per person) to the center of Venice. From San Zaccaria Pietà Station, it is just a 5-minute walk to the square and the Church of St. Marco.
