Basic information

Valamar Camping Lanterna - Porec is one of the biggest campsites in Croatia, located on the wonderful peninsula Lanterna, nearby the beach, long three kilometers. Camping Lanterna can be found between cities Novigrad and Porec, only 11km away from town of Porec. Lanterna is one of the best campings in Europe as part of Leading Campings of Europe and ADAC Superplatz. Camping lovers have awarded Camping Lanterna Premium Resort in selection Best Campin g Adria 2024 as second best large campsite in Croatian Istria.

Campsite accepts the Avtokampi Camping Card, which will make the camping more affordable. The discount is listed at the price list of the campsite - order for free and get camping card by email.

Lanterna Premium Camping Resort is offering camping on arranged camping pitches, rental of mobile homes and glamping tents.

NEW - Comfort camping pitches with private jacuzzi or kitchenette and bathroom, improved facilities for children - new children's playgrounds, upgraded water play facilities at the seaside pool.

Camping Lanterna is located on peninsula along the 3 kilometers long beach. Guests can select between diverse and arranged 2.000 camping pitches; there are sunny as well as shaded pitches with sandy or grassy grounds. All pitches have electricity and water connections. Some pitches have private barbecue and parasol. Some pitches are reserved for campers, while a part of the camp is reserved for guests with dog.

There are 16 modern sanitary buildings across whole camping, most of them are adjusted for kids and disabled guests. Additionally, there are baby changing rooms, dog showers and 4 laundry buildings. Supply station for campers in next to the reception.

Main beach in camping Lanterna is sandy with arranged sun beds and parasols. The other parts of the beach is diverse, from stoned to concrete parts. It is possible to moor boats in the main bay, where you will find an aquapark as well. There are two swimming pool areas with pools for adults and kids. Along the pools in the upper part are playgrounds, pirate boat and slides. Water is heated in the pools in the upper part of the campsite.

Camp Lanterna is well known for its rich animation activities for all ages. There are some kids playgrounds and sport centres, where you can play table tennis, tennis, football, volleyball, bowling, mini and adventure golf. It is possible to rent a bike, scooter and car here. Not far from the camping is sport center Valeta with rich offer of water sports, rental of scooter and boats as well scuba diving school. Most of the campsite is covered with free WiFi.

Camp has three larger shops and many bakery stands. Next to the reception you can find market with local products. In many restaurants and bars they will take a good care of your hunger and thirst. Some fast food stands have been added recently, we definitely recommend visiting trattoria Pentola with Italian food offer. New is Street Food Point.

Rental of mobile homes in Camping Lanterna Porec - mobile homes are set on various locations in the camp.

Newer ones are arranged in thematic villages - Maro Village near swimming pools, Marbello Premium Village are mobile homes by the sea, Happy Dog Premium Village are mobile homes where dogs are always welcome, Mediterranean Garden Premium Village, Marine Premium Village and Istrian Village are three thematic villages just next to the large swimming pool complex and kids animation center.

NEW - Punto Blu Premium mobile homes for 2 + 1 person (16 m2), located on a hill above the bay. There are terraces and a common infinity pool next to the houses.

A bit smaller ones, 24 m2, but still large enough for comfortable holidays are mobile homes Comfort. They are all fully equipped, have living rooms, bathroom, bedroom and kitchen, have air condition, and terrace.

All mobile homes in Lanterna Premium Camping Resort have kitchen, bathroom, two bedrooms and terrace.  Majority of the mobile homes have two bathrooms, while larger ones - Marine Family, Happy Dog Premium Family and Marbello Premium Family have three bedrooms, so they are large enough for 6 adults and 2 kids. Dogs are (with supplement payment) allowed in all mobile homes, except in Comfort mobile home.

You can rent a mobile home or caravan in Camping Resort Lanterna also through agency Gebetsroither.

Rental of glamping tents in camping Lanterna - Lanterna is offering 14 glamping tents that can host up to 6 people. New glamping tents have been added in Maro Village.

Glamping tents are set on peaceful locating next to the sea and pebbled beach. Smaller swimming pools and terrace are arranged along the tents. Each glamping has two bedrooms (one with king size bed and one with bunk beds), well equipped kitchen with living room and terrace. Glamping tent has its own bathroom.

    Preživeli 4 dni v tem kampu - super . Velik kamp, za 4 dni raziskat bistveno premalo :).
    Ponudba storitev je vredu, pravtako so parcele ( opremljena z vodo in ee ) primerne za vse vrste kampiranj in veliko sence , kar se je v teh vročih dneh pokazalo za top :) ...
    Plaže so super tako za odrasle kot za otroke (od peščene do kamnite , divje ... )

    Podobno kot obiskovalci kampa pred menoj, smo preživeli čudovite dni (prvomajske počitnice) v prikolici in nismo bili razočarani. Kamp je še vedno odličen, čist, osebja veliko (tudi nadzorni so se vozili naokoli), WCji tip-top, v kampu tudi mir in psi na vrvicah (pohvalno). Lahko bi bil odprt kak kiosk s pekovskimi dobrotami, a jih je nadomestil sladoled (15KN kepica na bazenu). Ob prijavi so sami povprašali za Avtokampi kartico in cena je bila res ugodna (20€+tt/dan). Priporočam!

    Preživeli 5 super aktivnih dni v kampu ( prvomajske počitnice).Cena s kartico avtokampi.si 20 eur na dan za vse nas(2odrasla, 3 otroci in pes). Ogromen kamp, veliko športnih objektov, bazen z ogrevano vodo, wc čisti, čistilka je bila non stop prisotna, trgovina solidno založena, igrala za mlajše otroke-super, pizza v pizzeriji Kras zelo okusna. Priporočam obisk, mi se izven sezone še vrnemo. ​​
