Camping Marina di Venezia is located at the end of the Cavallino peninsula and, at 70 hectares, is one of the largest in the area. It is close to Punta Sabbioni Lighthouse and 2 km from the port where boats to Venice arrive. The campsite is right next to a long sandy beach suitable for walks, and there are many cycle paths in the area.
According to guest reviews, the 5-star categorisation and the ADAC Superplatz campsite category, it is one of the best campsites in Veneto and Italy. It impresses guests with its facilities and extras, and especially in summer, there's plenty going on all day and into the evening.
With a capacity for 12,000 guests, the campsite offers many different types of accommodation. There are almost 3,000 pitches of different sizes and furnishings, mobile homes, apartments and glamping units. The sanitary facilities at the campsite are large, modern and well-equipped, also adapted for children and people with disabilities. They provide laundry and drying facilities, caravan care, and showers for dogs. Puppies are welcome on most pitches and in some mobile homes. There is also a vet and a dog park, and the right-hand part of the beach is exclusively for dogs.
Along the sandy beach, children will enjoy the Aquamarina heated swimming pools, which also have water playgrounds, whirlpools and large water slides. There are many children's games, animation, an adrenaline park and an excellent sports park with football, tennis, basketball, padel, beach volleyball, an interesting mini golf course, a diving centre and a sports centre.
The gastronomic offer is excellent: 5 restaurants, numerous bars and patisseries are spread all over the campsite and the beach, so you're never far from a cold drink or an ice cream.
The campsite's location also makes it an ideal base for day trips to Venice or exploring the Cavallino-Treporti peninsula.
