Basic information

Union Lido Resort is one of the largest and best-equipped campsites on the Cavallino peninsula near Venice, famous for its endless sandy beach and its many campsites. The 5-star campsite covers over 60 hectares, with 2500 pitches, over 230 mobile homes, glamping units and apartments, as well as bungalows and a hotel.

There are 11 pitch types, all but the smallest (60 m2) are equipped with electricity, water and drainage, and Max B pitches even offer private bathrooms. Some pitches are up to 200 m2 and can accommodate up to 8 people. Dogs are welcome on all pitches. There are 13 sanitary facilities on site, offering everything from laundry and drying facilities to campervan care. They are adapted for children and people with disabilities.

The campsite is known for its exceptional water fun: it has 2 water parks with numerous attractions, as well as a spa and wellness center. There is also a Funny World amusement park, with many fun attractions and activities for children. There are many animation activities, sports activities and guided fitness classes. There are also tennis, football, volleyball and mini-golf courts, table tennis and children's playgrounds.

Of course, in Italy you don't have to worry about food, and the Union Lido Camp is no different. The many restaurants, pizzerias, Asian food, burgers, patisseries, cafés and bars will make sure you never run out of ideas and opportunities for lunch or dinner. Gluten-free menus are also available.

We mentioned the beach: it's a typical sandy beach stretching for more than 1000 metres. It is a Blue Flag beach. There are umbrellas and sun loungers for rent, children's playgrounds, and puppies are allowed to swim on part of the beach. Special feature: the entire beach is covered by a WiFi signal.

In addition to the activities already mentioned, kayaks and pedal boats can be rented on the beach.

Venice, which needs no introduction, is not far away, but Cavallino-Treporti is also nearby and has many attractions. We definitely recommend exploring by bicycle, and enjoy tasting the local wines and dishes.

Mobile homes description

These mobile homes are located in the upper part of the campsite, near the Laguna Water Park.

There are 11 types of mobile homes, varying in size, capacity and facilities. The smaller ones can accommodate 4-5 people, while the larger ones, especially the 3-bedroom ones, can accommodate 6 people. Unlike pitches and some other units in the campsite, pets are not allowed in these mobile homes.

All chalets have in common a fully equipped air-conditioned kitchen and living/dining room, a covered terrace, 2 or 3 bedrooms and up to 2 bathrooms. WiFi is also available in Estivo mobile homes.

Glamping description

The SunLodge glamping tents are located at the top left corner of the campsite, near the Italy Camping Village. The units can accommodate 4+1 people: the 30 m2 Safari Tent has a bathroom and air conditioning in addition to a bedroom and kitchenette, which the smaller 20 m2 Jungle Tent does not have - the camp's toilets are used for personal hygiene.

Pets are not allowed in these units either.
