Šibenik has been organizing an interesting Advent program for several years with an ice rink in the city center and numerous concerts, and this year there will also be a New Year's Eve celebration with the British band Morcheeba. Nearby is the Amadria Park Šibenik campsite, which offers festive camping and heated mobile homes for rent, some of which also have a private heated pool and sauna. The resort also offers swimming in the hotel pool or in the larger Aquapark Dalmacija water park, which is primarily intended for families.

Advent in Šibenik

This year's Advent in Šibenik - Adventura will begin on Friday, December 5, 2025, with an evening concert by the band Parni Valjak, which will take place in Perivoj Roberta Visianija Park.

An ice rink, a popular attraction for children, will also open in the immediate vicinity on Poljana Square, where skating is possible for 45 minutes every hour between 9 - 23h.

The other concerts will mostly take place on weekends, on Friday evenings and then also on Saturday at noon and in the evening.

New Year's Eve celebrations in Šibenik will take place at two locations - in the square next to the cathedral in the center of Šibenik, where the British band Morcheeba, best known for their song Rome Wasn't Built in a Day, will perform. DJ Pytzek will kick off the longest night of the year, and trumpeter Philip Lassiter will close it out, accompanied by local musician Mirza Soul Shadow.

Matija Cvek and his band The Funkensteins will perform at Perivoj in the park near the ice rink, followed by DJ Djobi Djoba.

The second venue for the festive events in Sibenik is called Christmas SuSur and will be set up in front of the Jadran Hotel, near the Cathedral. The festive events will start on Friday, 28 November, with a concert by Adi Šoše

In December, there will be music quizzes on Tuesdays, a student party on Wednesdays, a SuSur quiz on Thursdays, a children's Susur advent on Saturdays and Trash parties on Sundays.

Festive December camping holiday at Amadria Park Sibenik and swimming at new Auqapark Dalmatia

Camping Amadria Šibenik Resort is only 6 km away from the city centre. The entire Amadria resort will be beautifully decorated, special menus will be prepared in their Dalmatian village, and children's entertainment will be provided in the hotels.

City bus no. 5 runs from the campsite to Šibenik, and taxi transport can also be arranged at the reception.

Last year, the winter section of Aquapark Dalmatia was opened, which includes a family section with water slides, water playgrounds, and a calm river with heated water. In addition, the first floor also features a wellness center for adults with a pool, saunas, and massages. For children, there is a children's playground within the water park, and a restaurant is also available.

Camping guests are offered lower prices for Aqualand Dalmatia admission tickets, namely:

> from Sunday to Thursday, €20 for persons taller than 120 cm and €10 for children between 90 and 120 cm tall

> on Fridays and Saturdays, the price is slightly higher, namely €30 for persons taller than 120 cm and €15 for children between 90 and 120 cm tall.

> admission is free for children shorter than 90 cm.

The price of the water park for adults (18+) also includes access to the wellness center with a pool and saunas.

NEW - camping guests also have the option of swimming in the pool at the Wellness & Spa Center of Hotel Ivan, which is 400 m from the camp and where children aged 7+ are also allowed. The price for swimming is €10 per person, with an additional €10 charge for use of the saunas.

Camping pitches and mobile homes

Camping Amadria Park Šibenik will be open throughout the winter, offering guests well-maintained camping pitches, heated sanitary facilities, and children's playgrounds at the reception and by the sea.

New this year are 15 modern Adria mobile homes, which are additionally equipped with a private heated pool and Finnish sauna. Domes have been added above the pools so that swimming will also be possible during the New Year. Classic mobile homes with terraces heated by air conditioning units are also available.

The price of camping on pitches in zone A in December with an Avtokampi camping card for two people and a dog is only €27, children aged 3-12 pay an additional €5 + tax.

The price for renting a mobile home for 4 - 6 people for New Year's Eve start at €80, while prices for homes with a pool start at €210.
