Basic information

Camp Savudrija (ex campsite Pineta) is 9 km from Umag. The pitches are set by the sea, and part of the campsite is right next to the famous and oldest lighthouse on the Adriatic.

NEW - partial renovation of the campsite and construction of a swimming pool in the central part of the campsite, renovation of toilet 3 and renovation of the restaurant.

Campsite accepts the Avtokampi Camping Card, which will make camping holidays more affordable. The discount is listed at the price list of the campsite - order for free and get camping card by email.

Campsite Savudrija is well-known that is very peaceful as well as during the day as at night. It is middle sized campsite with a bit less than 500 pitches that are mostly well shaded. Part by the well known light house is sunnier though. All pitches have access to electricity, some to the water as well. Free wifi is available for all guests.

Campsite has 4 sanitary buildings that are nicely arranged and all adjusted to kids and disabled guests. There is as well camper supply station, chem toilet, laundry and shower for dogs.

Beach in Camping Savudrija is mostly stoned with some pebbled bays. There is a lot of shade by the beach. In the neighbouring apartment complex a swimming pool has been built and can be used by camp's guests as well. A beach for dogs is arranged.

From sport activities you can play tennis, basketball, volleyball, table tennis and mini golf, rent a bike is close by. Camp has restaurant, shop, pica place and some smaller bars. Whole day animation for kids is organized, while adults can dance along love music in the evenings.

The reception could have been more welcoming. The internet worked great. The amenities were good. Since we were there in the off-season, the price was really reasonable compared to everything else.

We were surprised by the cleanliness of the campsite, especially the new part with the swimming pool and toilets is very nicely decorated. The sea is also clean.

This is the second year in a row that we've been to this beautiful campsite. Both times, we managed to get a pitch in the first and second row by the sea at very short notice. The campsite is quietly located, clean, and promises pure relaxation. The stretch of coast is beautiful and not overcrowded. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. A big compliment to the cleaning lady. The restrooms and showers are always clean. The lighthouse, which is right next to the campsite, contributes to the relaxing atmosphere, especially in the evening. There are excellent restaurants nearby, and for dessert, the ice cream stand at the lighthouse serves delicious ice cream. I highly recommend the campsite and am already looking forward to our next visit!
