Basic information

Camping Vita - Terme Tuhelj is a renovated 5-star campsite, where new camping pitches and a new sanitary facility have been built for the 2019 season. In 2020, a mobile home village with swimming pools and wellness facilities, and in 2023, glamping safari tents for 5 people. The campsite is now open all year round.

NEW - complete renovation of the indoor pools, saunas, restaurant and children's play areas.

Campsite accepts the Avtokampi.si Camping Card, which will make the camping more affordable. The discount is listed at the price list of the campsite, and you can order camping card HERE

Camping Vita Terme Tuhelj lies 10 km west of the Zagreb-Maribor highway, where you leave the highway for the exit of Zabok. From central Slovenia it is reachable also via smaller border-crossings, like Bistrica ob Sotli or Stara vas - Bizeljsko.

Renovated campsite Vita has 56 well arranged camping pitches with electricity and water connections, part of them have as well sewage. Pitches are combination of sand and soft-grass grounds. Some are well shaded, while most of them are pretty sunny.

Sanitary facilities are large and modern. They provide man, women and children facilities, family bathrooms, access for guests on wheelchair and laundry. On the terrace is bar, while on the side facing the swimming pools, guests will find changing rooms.

Guests of the camping Vita can access free wireless internet, common place with barbecue, table and benches, children's playground with trampoline, mini golf, outdoor bowling, not far are as well courts for tennis, basketball, football and beach volleyball.

In Tuhelj Terme guests can jump in four indoor pools (children's, swimming, massage and therapeutic pools). The outdoor complex also has four swimming pools (swimming pool with waves, children's playground, children's Tuhi Land in a recreational pool connected to a quiet river in a pool bar). Adrenaline enthusiasts enjoy the four slides and many other water attractions. There is good gastronomic offer at the pool area. Not far (150m from the pools) are two older swimming pools arranged just at the springs of thermal water.

There is also a wellness center with saunas, massages in the beauty center in thermal complex, special feature is possibility of family use of saunas.

Mobile homes for rental at the Vita Campsite - Terme Tuhelj is offering modern mobile homes Adria. The settlement has 26 mobile homes of three different types.

Smaller mobile homes are large enough for 2 people and larger ones for 4 oz. even 6 people. Larger mobile homes are equipped with three bedrooms and large terrace. All the mobile homes at Camp Vita - Terme Tuhelj are air-conditioned, equipped with a private bathroom, kitchen and living room with TV. Free wifi is available as well.

There are two smaller swimming pools next to the mobile homes, a children's playground and a barbecue area.

Glamping description

NEW - glamping safari tents Terme Tuhelj, which provide comfortable accommodation for up to 5 people. The tents are located in the central part of the campsite, just a few steps from the outdoor swimming pools.

A great choice for anyone who would like to try camping and sleeping in a tent, and also for anyone who would like to visit the spa for a short time, but would not like to pitch their tent just for one night.

Safari tents are 30 m2 and have two bedrooms - one with a double bed, the other with a bunk bed and an extra bed. There is also a kitchenette with a stove, fridge and microwave. Each tent also has a terrace with seating.

Guests staying in glamping tents use shared toilets on site.

Dogs are allowed in the glamping tents for an extra charge (€ 5).

The rental price includes bathing tickets.

The campsite is really great and very suitable for families. The water park offers enough opportunities for children of all ages. So far the cleanest campsite we have visited. All the staff are friendly and helpful. Compliments to the team at the campsite 👍 The sanitary facilities are top class, smell good and above all very clean. We are more than satisfied. Thank you for the great experience at your campsite🤗
