Basic information

Camping Kastanija is located 3km northern from city Novigrad and is categorized as smaller camp. It is popular among families with children, most of the guests being permanent guests.

Most of the available pitches are near the sea, but 6 smaller pitches are still available in the upper part of the camp.

Beach in the camp is 300m long, stoned with concrete places for sunbathing and showers. In camp you can find shop, bar on the beach, self-service restaurant. They have also arranged internet access. In two sanitary blocks they have arranged access for disabled persons, chemical wc as well as supply station.

For recreation we recommend swimming, basketball and cycling, while this part of Istra is especially known for arranged cycling paths. You can as well play table tennis, billiard or rent any of the equipment for water sports.

Modern mobile homes are also available in two locations on the edge of Camping Kastanija.

The Adriamar mobile homes are located by the sea, while the Comfort mobile homes are located up the road, and there are communal swimming pools next to the mobile homes in this development. They are two- or three-bedroom houses, and dogs are allowed in the sea-front houses for an extra charge.
