Basic information

Le Pianacce Camping Village is set in western Tuscany, at the foot of the hills near Castagneto Carducci. It is a medium-sized campsite for families, offering a variety of glamping units, mobile homes and pitches, nicely placed in a natural environment.

There are 3 types of pitches of approximately 80 m2, all with electricity, and most of them close to water and drainage connection. There are well-equipped toilets, adapted for disabled people, private bathrooms and a camper van service. Washing machines and tumble dryers are also available.

The campsite has a water park with 2 heated swimming pools. The smaller pool has a slide and is used for children to soak and play, while the larger one is for swimming. Children's entertainment is well catered for with a mini club and a junior club. Animators organise workshops, games, parties and themed dances on the playground or by the pool. The campsite also has a sports field and a golf course, and the surrounding area is ideal for walking (the paths are well signposted) and cycling - bikes can be rented at the campsite.

The campsite organises a free shuttle service to Bagni Etruria Beach, while the nearest beach is only 7 km away - Marina di Castagneto Carducci.

The campsite is pet-friendly and pets are allowed on pitches and in mobile homes, but not in glamping units. WiFi is available in most areas of the campsite.

The on-site restaurant overlooks the pool and serves excellent local cuisine and pizzas, and there is a takeaway service. There is also a bar and an ice cream shop.

In the surrounding area, in addition to all the classic Tuscan destinations (Elba Island, Siena and other towns), Castagneto Carducci is an interesting place to visit, accessible even on foot.

Glamping description

The campsite offers a wide variety of glamping units, from wooden cabins to tents. There are also glamping units with a hot tub on the terrace. We offer 2 types of units: the Nature lodge, with 27 m2 of space, which can accommodate 4+1 people, and the Hybridlodge, which measures 17 m2. Both types of units have 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a kitchen. The Hybridlodge is air-conditioned.

Pets are not allowed in these units.
