Camping Village Le Esperidi is the closest of all the campsites in Marina di Bibbona, Tuscany, to the sandy beach that stretches for miles along the Ligurian Sea. The campsite is eco-friendly (solar water heating, solar electricity generation, reduced use of chemicals) and is beautifully integrated into the nearby nature reserve.
The campsite has over 150 mobile homes and over 500 pitches suitable for campers, caravans and tents. Pitches can accommodate up to 6 people and are equipped with electricity and there are numerous washing basins throughout the site. There are 4 sanitary blocks.
A special feature is the huge swimming pool, or rather artificial lake, in the middle of the campsite, which is of various shapes and depths, suitable for swimming and children's play. There are sports courts, a café, a children's club and an events area next to the pool. You can play beach volleyball, basketball, football and table tennis, or work out in the fitness centre or take part in one of the guided exercise classes. You can also enjoy massages and wellness treatments. The campsite is surrounded by a nature reserve with many walking and cycling trails.
There is a restaurant and a café on site, and a bar on the beach. There is organised entertainment for adults and children. The campsite also has a small market with stalls where you can buy everything you need to prepare meals.
Being based in the coastal part of Tuscany, you can easily reach most of the destinations of this famous region: Pisa, Florence, Siena and even smaller gems such as San Gimignano and Volterra. Make sure you take a drive through the beautiful tree-lined avenue to Bolgheri, just a few minutes away.
