Camping Village Free Time is set next to a beautiful nature reserve on the coast at Marina di Bibbona in Tuscany. It is just a short walk from the campsite to the long sandy shore.
It is a small 3-star campsite, accommodating less than 450 guests. However, there is a wide range of accommodation to choose from, including mobile homes, glamping units and pitches. These range in size from 80 to 90 m2 and are equipped with electricity. There are toilets nearby with all the necessary facilities for personal hygiene, washing and drying clothes and caravan storage. More luxurious pitches are also available, with a private bathroom and a small outdoor kitchen with fridge and dining area under a carport.
There are 10 different types of mobile homes, accommodating from 2 to 6 people. Most also accept pets.
As mentioned above, the sandy beach is about 15 minutes' walk away (shuttle service is organised), but you don't have to go to the sea to refresh yourself in the water: the campsite has a large swimming pool with a slide and children's play area. There is also an outdoor gym and sauna. There is a restaurant serving classic Italian cuisine, and a Mojito Bar on the beach where you can enjoy cocktails while watching the sunset. The campsite also has a small shop and a patisserie.
The campsite organises entertainment for children and adults, you can play table tennis or volleyball on the beach, rent a bike or go for a long walk through the beautiful Tomboli Forest Reserve, which stretches all the way to the town Marina di Ceccina.
The campsite's location also makes it a great base for exploring Tuscany. Pisa, Volterra and San Gimignano are less than an hour's drive away, while Florence and Siena are not much further either.
