Camping Holiday - Jelsa is located 800m away from town Jelsa at the Island Hvar, on the seaside. It has two beaches, one sandy and second stoned, shadow is guaranteed by the pine woods. Only 200m from the camp is bay Mina with sandy beach that is especially loved by kids. The campsite also offers 7 glamping tents for 2-3 people for rent next to the well-equipped pitches.
NEW - in the 2025 season, the arrangement of camping pitches for tents and thus a new map of the pitch layout. Smaller pitches in zone B and C have been merged to make larger ones. The pitches for caravans and motorhomes, which are arranged along the road (sign P - 26 pitches of 80 m2 each) will be renovated and will be equipped with electricity, water and inflow.

Camping Holiday is one of the most beautifully decorated campsites on Hvar, and a good base for exploring the island. Camping lovers have awarded Camping Holiday in selection Naj kamp Adria 2018 as second best small campsite in Croatian Dalmatia.
In recent years, they have renovated the reception, toilets, a fridge room, an indoor children's playroom and a communal lounge area, and improved the wifi throughout the campsite.
The campsite is divided into several parts and there are some very nice pitches for pitching a tent under the road. Along the local road, which is not busy as the new main road passes above the campsite, there are pitches for caravans and motorhomes. Above the road there are terraced pitches for tents. Most of the campsite has excellent shade.
Along the edge of the campsite, there are also glamping tents for 2-3 people already pitched.
Campsite has two sanitary buildings and laundry, chem toilet and toilet for guests on wheelchairs.
Beach in camping Holiday is stoned with arranged access to the water and some concrete parts for sunbathing (like small terraces). Water in the bay is shallow and beach sandy, while there are well shaded places for sunbathing arranged in terraces.
The closest shop is in town Jelsa (15 min away), bakery is on the other side of the bay. On the way to town Jelsa you will find many restaurants with good offer of sea food and grill dishes. Free wireless internet has been available for all the camp guests.

Letos sva prvič in kamp zelo priporočava naprej. Prišla sva z jet skijom, kamp nima rampe za spust v vodo, zato sva ga dala v vodo v mestu Jelsa (cca 800m ceste od kampa, sicer dovolj široka tudi za čolne, vendar apartmanarji parkirajo levo in desno na cesti ob plaži in zna biti izziv). V kampu sva sama nastavila bojo, do danes brez problema. Kamp nudi resnično veliko naravne sence, je pa v nivojih oziroma terasah. Prva vrsta je za avtodomarje in prikolice, nadaljne gor pa za šotore. Malo naju je presenetilo, da sva do parcele dostopala po nekaj stopnicah, tako, da sva iz avta veliko morala "na roke" prinesti do parcele. Parking za avte je lepo urejen. Čez kamp vodi glavna cesta, ampak ni prometna. Vidim, da imajo tudi igrala in majhen bar. Pogrešava kakšno trgovinico in pekarno (oboje je v Jelsi, cca 15min hoje). Voda in plaža sta čudoviti! Kamp nima nobene animacije za otroke, ampak je tukaj vseeno veliko družin. WC in kopalnice so top, prostorov za pranje posode je premalo, zato vsi pomiva(mo) v prostoru za pranje perila. Najboljši del so zunanji tuši z toplo vodo, tik zraven stranišča. Tudi na plaži je en tuš. Dostop do plaže je po stopnicah. Glede na lego parcele je odvisno koliko boš prehodil do stranišča (nekatere parcele imajo kar nekaj stopnic). Na začetku kampa je postavljenih nekaj novih mobilnih hišk, ki še ne obratujejo. Žal so čisto vse na soncu, brez vseh dreves.
