Basic information

Valamar Camping Krk - Krk island is located on eastern side of the town Krk (on island Krk), about 1km from its city centre. It is completely renovated camping that offers tidy camping pitches as well as mobile homes and glamping tent. Its offer is complemented with swimming pools and wellness centre (saunas and massages).

Campsite accepts the Avtokampi Camping Card, which will make the camping more affordable. The discount is listed at the price list of the campsite - order for free and get camping card by email.

Camping Krk is one of the best Croatian campsites and is from season 2016, as first camp in Croatia, awarded with 5 stars for its quality- Krk is one of best European campsites and has been proud of title Superplatz awarded by German auto club ADAC. In season 2020  have Slovene campers selected Krk Premium Camping Resort as the Naj kamp Adria second best campsite with mobile homes offer in Croatia.

Campsite Krk has 361 arranged pitches, only smaller part is not divided into pitches and suitable for smaller tents. Mostly shaded pitches are in the central part, where you can find comfortable pitch on a grass. Most of the pitches are equipped with water and electricity connections.

Two fully renovated and modernized sanitary buildings are available, both adjusted to kids and disabled guests as well. It is possible to rent a private bathroom during your stay at Camping Krk, heating of one of the sanitary building was arranged.

Beach in camp is arranged pebbled beach, close to the camp is FKK beach. Two swimming pool areas are in the camp - one along the restaurant and animation centre and encompasses larger pool, pool for kids and playground. Next to it is a wellness centre with infra, bio and finish sauna and various types of massages. The other swimming pool is arranged in the settlement of mobile homes. Water in all swimming pools is additionally warmed.

Animation is very well organized for different ages of kids. The smallest will mostly love playgrounds, teens have a video game room organized. Main part of the camp is arranged as a market with smaller shops, bakery and various events (etno and cinema nights). Close by is restaurant with offer of Mediterranean dishes and pizzas, shop is next to the reception.

Sport centre includes courts for tennis, volleyball, basketball, badminton, table tennis and mini golf. In summer morning gym is organized. Rental of bikes is possible. Boat owners can lower their boats into the sea and as well moor them in the camp.

Mobile homes description

Rental a mobile home in the Krk Premium Camping - the campsite offers 88 mobile homes of different types. All mobile homes are equipped with free internet access, satellite TV and air conditioning. Dogs are allowed in mobile homes in the Krk Krk camp.

On the left part of the campsite Krk is located a thematic settlement Bela Vista, which, in addition to mobile homes, includes a swimming pool, a café and children's playgrounds. It is as well possible to rent large family mobile homes and smaller mobile homes for couples. Mobile homes Bella Vista Premium are large 32m2 and can host 4 + 2 persons. These are extremely modern and richly furnished mobile homes with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spacious living room with a kitchen and a large terrace where you can also place a grill on your request.

Depending on the location, you can rent a house with a larger atrium or near a swimming pool or a children's playground. Even more pacious are mobile homes Bella Vista Premium Family, which have 38 m2 of space and three bedrooms, in which 6 people can sleep + 2 children on extra beds. Family mobile homes are located next to the children's playground and 50 meters from the pool.

Couples who want more privacy, Bella Vista Premium Romantic houses of 18m2 are available. They are meant for 2 people, and have a living room with a double bed and a mini kitchen, a bathroom and a terrace with barbecue.

On the other side of the Krk camping there are also mobile homes Superior (30m2 - for 4 +2 persons) and Family (38m2 - for 6 +1 persons). The first one has two bedrooms, while family mobile home have three bedrooms, all have two bathrooms, a living room with a kitchen and a terrace.

Rental of mobile homes in Camping Krk can be done as well through the agency Gebetsroither.

Rental of glamping tent in Camping Krk - Krk  offers one glamping tend for rental not far from the sea, swimming pools and restaurant.

It is 38m2 large and can host up to 6 people. Kitchen, bathroom and three bedrooms (two with king size beds and one with separated beds) will ensure comfortable stay. A terrace with table, chairs and sunbeds is in front of the tent.

    Leta 2022 smo bili za prvomajske v tem kampu zelo navdušeni. V 2023
    v istem obdobju smo pa že začeli doživljati razočaranja. Manj ponudbe, kljub temu, da je kamp kar zaseden (ni animacij, ni stojnice z burgerji, ponoči ni miru, glasna metal glasba do polnoči, v pekarni in trgovini astronomske cene...). Na recepciji smo ob prihodu letos morali plačati za vse dni v naprej. Lani smo plačali ob odhodu. Pa se omejili so popust na Avtokampi.si kartico na zelo malo število parcel (samo na comfort cono). In seveda je vse skupaj letos za 100% dražje.​​

    Zelo lep, urejen kamp, odlično poskrbljeno za otroke, smo pa
    na srečo rezervirali prostor, ker je bil v drugi polvici junija kamp že poln. Restavracija ima odlično morsko hrano. Plaža za pse je zelo urejena. Do mesta Krk pelje city bus za 12kun na osebo.​​

    Dobili smo krasno parcelo z nekaj naravne sence , WC in kopalnice prenovljeni, čistoča na nivoju. Zelo okusna hrana v restavraciji, osebje v celotnem kampu zelo prijazno.
    - zgornji, otroški bazeni še niso obratovali
    - težak dostop na bazen ter plažo z otroškim vozičkom (stopnice)
    - pogrešali smo sprehajalno pot ob morju
