The Rogatec camper stop is located in the immediate vicinity of the Open Air Museum. This is around 800m from the center of Rogatec. Camper stop Rogatec has 4 parkin places for campers, equipped with electricity, water, the possibility of discharging toilet cassettes and faeces in wastewater in the pillars (not grate).

The location of the camper stop is great for visiting the largest outdoor museum in Slovenia, which was nominated for the European Museum of the Year in 1997. The permanent museum collection preserves the human building heritage in the cultural tradition of the people who lived in the south of Donacka Gora and Boca from the 19th to the middle of the 20th century. The core of the museum has created original structures and reconstructions of craftsmen in commercial buildings. A rich programming activity provides visitors with experience of their own experiences and experiences in the workshops Taste of Heritage. The visitor helps to dough and to bake his little breadfruit, finds out the world of medicinal herbs or looks at the skillful blacksmith under his fingers.

Rogatec lies at the passage of the southern slopes of the Haloze wine growing in the valley of the green Posotelje. Rogatec Square is first mentioned in 1283. The story of the flowering medieval market tells the preserved trinket core with two churches of the Styrian Baroque, the castle ruins of the 12th century and the renovated Renaissance baroque mansion Strmol. The mansion developed from a medieval residential tower, which was awarded to Jakob Strmolski from Cerkelje in Gorenjska in 1436 Celje Counties. Today, the castle returns the life of the picturesque exhibition, social gathering, wedding rituals and artisans' workshops in the handicrafts of the Rokodelski center Rogatec.

In the immediate vicinity of the camper stop is Rogatec Equestrian Center, which offers a tour of the stables, pedagogical, therapeutic and terrain riding.

PZA pred naseljem, blizu Muzeja na prostem in gradu Strmol (vredno ogleda). Poleg kolesarske steze proti Rogaški in naprej v smeri Podčetrtka za lep kolesarski izlet. V neposredni bližini jahalni klub, možnost ogledov konj, jahanja... Ponoči mirno kljub bližini ceste.
