Camping Sass Dlacia is situated at an altitude of 1,680 metres above sea level, on the road from Alta Badia towards the Falzarego Pass and Cortina d'Ampezzo. The nearest town is San Cassiano, 3 km away, and Alta Badia is 7 km away.
The campsite is usually open from early December to early April and then from late May to early October.
The campsite offers camping pitches for motorhomes and caravans and also small pitches for tents. In addition, they also offer glamping wooden houses for 2 people, wooden bungalows for 2-4 people, wooden cabins for 5 people or rooms for 2-3 people.
The location of the Camping Sass Dlacia is perfect for all lovers of active holidays. From the campsite you have a beautiful view of the Dolomites. Hiking, climbing and cycling are offered in summer, cross-country skiing and skiing in winter. The campsite also has a wellness area with saunas.
There is a 26 km cross-country ski trail right next to the campsite, and the first ski lift to Alta Badia is 1.5 km away, and the campsite provides ski transfers and a ski bus. You can also use a ski bus or taxi to access the ski slopes on the Falzarego Pass and towards Cortina d'Ampezzo, for example to ski down the Lagazuoi mountain and then along the Armentarola slope, where you will be driven back to your starting point by horse-drawn carriage at the end.
Camping Sass Dlacia has 300 pitches and offers plenty of shade. The pitches are equipped with electricity, we recommend a 20m extension cable. There are heated toilets and a laundry room.
Accommodation - you can also choose to rent different accommodation. From 2024, they will also have wooden Lushna glamping cabins made in Slovenia - Forest cabins and A-frame cabin for 2 people, which impress with a steely rear wall that allows a view of the beautiful natural surroundings. For families, rooms or a wooden cabin are available.
The campsite has a restaurant and pizzeria, breakfasts, and an open-air café with concerts in summer. The campsite also has a small shop with essentials and daily fresh bakery products.
There is a small playground for children, and bicycles are available for hire, as the campsite is well suited for road or mountain bike trips. There are also well-maintained and signposted hiking trails from the campsite.
The campsite's wellness facilities include three different saunas - Finnish, Turkish and bio, and massages. Guests staying in pitches pay extra for the wellness facilities, while guests staying in chalets and rooms usually have them included in the rental price.
