All mobile homes in Croatian campsites have a car parking space for your car and it is generally free of charge. To enter Croatia, you have to cross the border crossings with Slovenia or Hungary, and as of this year there are no more border controls. In the summer months on local roads and motorways, you can expect it to be a bit more crowded, especially on weekends. Croatia has no vignette system, the toll payment is made at toll stations according to the mileage you have driven. The easiest way to explore Istria during your stay at a mobile home in a campsite is certainly your personal car. If you have decided to come to Istria by airplane, we recommend that you rent a car straight at the airport or any of the larger cities. Most campsites in Istria are well connected to cities via buses, trains or taxi boats. The transfers from the airports is charged additionally and should be booked on the spot (reservations are not possible in advance). Some campsites that are located in the immediate vicinity of the city are connected to the city via seaside promenades, which means you can reach the city with a pleasant walk along the seashore or by bicycle. If you are interested in towns in the interior part of the region, we recommend that you explore them by car. Public transport lines to these cities are available, but they are slightly less frequent.

These prices vary depending on various factors such as the number of persons or the size of the accommodation unit (depending on whether it is a 2, 4, 6 or 8-person mobile home/tent), the period of stay, the holiday period, the facilities, the availability and, of course, the location itself (e.g. how close it is to the sea). In the low season, the programme is slightly more limited and the full programme lasts from mid-June to mid-September.
