Camping Koversada in Vrsar will now be divided into two parts - textile Covered and nudist Uncovered. We have checked what new features will be introduced in the new textile campsite, which will also include the Koversada island, connected to the mainland by a bridge and offering tent camping. Camping Koversada Covered - Vrsar
The new Koversada Covered Textile Campsite will open its doors on 17 April and will remain open until 5 October for the 2025 season. The camp will include new camping pitches, modern mobile homes, a children's entertainment area and playgrounds.

The whole concept of the new campsite is for guests to enjoy a wide range of additional facilities and entertainment for children, gourmet local delicacies, and the destination of Vrsar offers many possibilities for an active holiday or just enjoying the seaside.
A renovated reception will be open at the start of the campsite for the textile and naturist section. The dividing line between the two campsites will run by the sea from toilet room 13 in the FKK section to toilets 14 and 8 and up to toilet room 16 in the FKK section.

New map Camping Koversada Covered 2025
The beach at the new Camping Koversada Covered is very varied and 1.5 km long. Guests can enjoy a sandy bay, pebble, concrete and stone sections. One of the most beautiful is the pebble beach at the beginning of the islet, to the right of the bridge.
In addition, there is a part of the beach with easy access to the sea for disabled persons, and there is also a well-maintained and marked dog beach at the beginning and end of the campsite.

More than 1,000 camping places
The new camping pitches will be located in the vicinity of toilets 9 and 10. However, it will no longer be possible to rent pitches on a flat-rate basis - this applies to both the textile and nudist parts of the Koversada campsite.
There will be a total of 670 camping pitches of 100 - 120 m2, the rest will be unparcellised.
There will be some new special pitches which will additionally include:
- 20 pitches with private sanitary facilities - toilet and shower
- 11 pitches with barbecue and carport
- 22 pitches with a wooden playhouse for even more fun for the children.
The space on the island will still be non-pitched and will be used for guests with tents (electricity connection possible, sanitary facilities). In addition, there will be some agency glamping tents available. The island is not accessible by vehicle, so guests should leave their cars in the car park. The Batana restaurant will still be open on the island, as well as the beach bar.
Toilets nr. 9 and 10 will also be renovated over the winter and there will be a total of seven toilets in this area.

New mobile homes for couples and families
The mobile home village will be completely redesigned in the southern part of the campsite and is expected to open in early June. There will be 141 new mobile homes in total, and the location right next to the new children's and entertainment area will make them the right choice for all families.
The larger mobile homes for 4 or 6 people will have two or three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a spacious terrace. All mobile homes will be air-conditioned and puppies will be allowed at an extra cost.
The mobile homes for couples will be the furthest away from the games, but will have the best sea views. They will be equipped with a double bed, kitchenette, bathroom and terrace.

Improved entertainment and restaurant offer
Koversada Covered Camp will have a brand new entertainment centre for children, including play areas, entertainment and evening events.
The camp will introduce the MaiSky Kids Club animation, where children will be entertained and taught by Sky the dragon.
For sports enthusiasts, there is a large sports centre in front of the campsite (to be renovated in 2024), with beach volleyball, football, mini-golf, table tennis and SUP boards, kayaks and bicycles available for hire. A diving centre is set up at the neighbouring Camping Porto Sole.
The campsite's location is perfect for walks and cycling trips by the sea, with paths as far as Funtana and Poreč, or you can take the paths above the Lim Canal.
The Feral Trattoria restaurant will be further improved with the introduction of the MaiEats concept, based on the use of seasonal local ingredients in the preparation of dishes. In addition to meat and fish dishes, they will also offer burgers and bruschetta.
