Comparison of camping prices 2011 - North and Middle Dalmatia

In North and Middle Dalmatia that is stretching from island Pag to the Makarska riviera camping lovers can select between numerous campings. These differ to a great extend as in this region we can find the best Croatian camp Zaton in Nin by town Zadar as well as very popular camps Strasko and Simuni on island Pag. However, you will not be disappointed if you prefer smaller, private camps that offer less additional services such as animation and facilities, but are instead more cosy.

Comparison of camping prices for 2011

Also this year we prepared short comparison of camping prices in some camps around North and Middle Dalmatia. That data would be as comparable as possible we compared prices fro camping of a family (2 adults and 2 children - four and eleven years - in high season. including pitch with electricity and a vehicle.


In comparison we included prices of an average price for pitch that are offered in camps around Dallmatia. In our comparison we did not take into account pitches with additional option of water connection and sewage system (unless in camps that offer only pitches with full equipment, but we have added explanation in comments). We have also not taken into account pitches by the beach that are more expensive. In a price we did not include registration fee and tourist tax.

Prices among camps vary to a great extent, which is mostly consequence of difference in their quality and services, their position and equipment. Some camps have various prices for pitches within certain zone, so we have taken into account all the prices as well. .
