Inside the campsites, guests get around mostly by bike, e-scooter or on foot. There is no public transportation on the island, except for the regular bus line from Zagreb that connects Cres with the islands of Krk and Lošinj. Campsite Slatina is located in the immediate vicinity of the village of Martinšćica, so it is possible to reach the village on foot.

Since there is a special area for them, pets can only swim on pet-friendly beaches, while swimming on other parts of the beach among other swimmers is strictly prohibited. Campsite Slatina introduced the "Camping cum Cane" project, which offers additional benefits and amenities for pets and their owners. During the months of July and August, a professional dog trainer is available to take care of your pet. The campsite also has a fenced meadow for recreation.
