Basic information

Camping Village Rosapineta is located about 70 km south of Venice, on the Rosolina Mare peninsula, where Italy's second longest river, the Adige, flows into the Adriatic Sea. It is a very green area, with many campsites, hotels and resorts along an elongated sandy beach with many bars and restaurants, typical of this part of Italy.

The campsite is quite large (about 47 hectares) and can accommodate about 1100 guests, which means that the units are not crammed together, and there is plenty of green spaces. Campsite offers 3 types of pitches (from fully equipped ones to basic tent pitches with no water and electricity), which can accommodate up to 6 people. In addition to pitches and mobile homes, there are also apartments and bungalows.

There is a private sandy beach along the campsite, with a special area for dogs. The beach has no natural shade, but umbrellas and sun loungers can be rented. In addition to the beach, there is also a swimming pool complex within the campsite, which is lit up and includes a waterslide, children's play areas and a real Olympic-size pool.

The campsite has a bistro and a buffet restaurant for breakfast, half-board or full-board, as well as two classic restaurants/pizzerias, and there are also fast-food kiosks and bars, and of course an ice-cream parlour - even for dogs.

Sports enthusiasts can rent bicycles or play a game of tennis, ping-pong, volleyball, football, go to the fitness centre, take part in water aerobics and enjoy a massage.

In addition to Venice, Padua is nearby for a day trip, and Bologna is not far away, either.

Mobile homes description

The mobile homes at Camping Village Rosapineta come in different sizes. The smaller ones, for 5+1 persons, offer 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom on 25 m2, while the larger ones (30 and 32 m2) have 3 bedrooms for 6+1 persons and the Happy Superior has 2 bathrooms. All units are air-conditioned, have a fully equipped kitchen and living area with satellite TV, and a covered terrace with table and chairs. All mobile homes have a barbecue next to the terrace.

The whole campsite is pet-friendly, so dogs are of course welcome in all accommodation units. There is no WiFi signal in the chalets, but it is available in the central area of the campsite and in the bars and restaurants.

    The pool near us was a bit outdated and not really suitable for small children. The newer pool was really great, really nice for both adults and children, but it was very spacious at the end of the campsite and it was impossible for us to get a place on one of the loungers because it was overcrowded. The beach was very nice and so was the dog beach.

    Great location. Especially suitable with a dog. Mobile home is large and adequate. WiFi wasn't adequate up to our mobile home but that wasn't a problem. Very friendly and helpful staff on site.

    We were totally enthusiastic about the natural, uncomplicated campsite. All buildings are getting old, but that has not reduced our enthusiasm. Everyone is super nice (reception, pizzeria sky lounge bistrot "mini golf) - except for the two unfriendly gentlemen from the bike rental. The pizzas in the aforementioned pizzeria taste totally tasty and are still very cheap."
