Basic information

Hostel Skrla is located in the small village of Matavun in the heart of the Skocjan Caves, and the hostel also offers place for setting up some tents. The hotel is 2 km from the Divaca motorway exit, 9 km from Lipica and 35 km from Koper.

There is enough space for 8 camping pitches, shared sanitary facilities with toilets and showers, a covered terrace and the shared small kitchenette within the house.

On the lower floor of the Skrla guesthouse, they also offer food - daily prepared plates prepared from locally grown food and vegetables grown right in their garden. They prepare delicious home-made juices and they also offer wine from the surrounding providers.

While staying at their camping ground, they can as well serve you a breakfast, lunch and/or dinner. All their guests have a 15% discount when visiting the Skocjan Caves.
