Basic information

Camping Vrbovica is located in town Zrnovska Banja, on the northern side of Korcula island, 4 km western from city Korcula. This part of the island is mainly popular among those who wish to spend peaceful and calm family holidays. In closer bay the beach is pebbled.

Campsite is private and offers 40 pitches in terraces, shaded by olive trees and with electricity connection. Guests can use refrigerator and grill.

In last seasons main building with reception and modern sanitary facilities has been built.

The beach in the camp is private and is surrounded with fence, so that only camp guests can bathe there. The beach is also very suitable for children who have a small children's playground in the camp, which was added to the trampoline. There is also a bar on the beach.

In the camp several times a week's traveling shop also brings fruit and vegetables and fish, and you can order the bread at the campsite reception. The mini store is 300 meters away from the camp.

The camp also allows you to moor smaller boats that you can then drive to the lonely beaches nearby.

Kamp nam je zelo všeč, ker je ob morju, ok parcele, lastniki prijazni in ustrežljivi. Možnost mirnega dopusta in počitka, saj je vse pri roki.

Glede na spodnjo izjavo glede usranosti vode, ki me je presenetila, bom napisal našo izkušnjo s kampom in lastnico.
V ta kamp smo prikruzali na koncu našega dopusta pred tremi leti po nekaj letnem kruzanju od začetka Magistrale po sistemu ne več kot nekaj dni v vsakem kampu in se naslednje leto vrnili tja v začetku dopusta s planom, da gremo čez pet dni naprej, saj je bil in je še plan počasi prikruzati do konca Jadrana. Šefica je prvi dan prek svojega sina poskrbela, da so naša najstnika ostali najstniki v kampu sprejeli medse in potem smo posledično tam preživeli cel dopust, ker so postali nerazdružljivi. Tako je ostalo do letos, ko smo bili tam že četrtič. Tudi midva se še nisva naveličala raziskovanja Korčule s kolesom in predvsem kopanja v kristalno čistem zalivu, ki ga vsako jutro zalije sveža voda iz verjetno sladkovodnih izvirov. Dejansko je kamp v enem najlepših zalivov na Korčuli. Tako da je voda diametralno nasprotje usranosti, je kristalno čista. Je pa res, da se je enkrat zgodilo, da je pacek na jadrnici spraznil zjutraj wc preden je odrinil, vendar to nima nič s splošno čistostjo vode vode.
Lastnica je tip ženske, ki podpira 4 vogale svoje hiše, pa še kakšno podporno nogo in kak štrik od prikolice ali šotora svojih gostov zraven. Nekaterim to ni všeč, mene pomirja in take ženske spoštujem. Njen odnos je bil vedno korekten in cela družina daje občutek, da se lahko na njih zaneseš.
Kampu se vidi, da je vzdrževan, wcji so vedno čisti, ni pa to kamp s 5 zvezdicami in modernimi sanitarijami in nam je tako všeč. Pipa se zamenja, ko ne funkcionira več, ne pa za to, da bi bila lepša.
V kamp večkrat na teden pride kombi z zelenjavo in prodajalec rib, od letos se dobi vsako jutro v kampu tudi kruh in pekovske izdelke.
Če imate najstnike, ki jim ni več do dopustovanja z vami, ker je dooolgčass, je to pravi kamp za vas. Od zdolgočasenosti pred tremi leti, se zdaj že delajo plani, kako bodo sami prišli sem, če midva ne greva več.
