Basic information

Camping Mandarino - Dugi otok is second largest camp on Dugi island, located between towns Soline and Verunic. There is regular ferry connection between Zadar and Brbinj - Dugi otok.

Campsite accepts the Avtokampi.si Camping Card, which will make the camping more affordable. The discount is listed at the price list of the campsite, and you can order free camping card HERE

The location of Camping Mandarino is exceptional, as it is only 1 km from the well-known sandy beach of Sakarun, and the campsite itself is situated on the Lučica Bay, where several boat moorings have been set up. The campsite also has its own beach, which is a combination of concrete and pebble.

Camping Mandarino is a modern campsite offering 93 pitches with electricity (16A), water and drainage. A few pitches near the sea are also available for tent campers.

There are two modern sanitary facilities with private bathrooms, a laundry room and a dishwasher so guests can clean their dishes quickly and easily. There is also a dog shower.

The campsite also has a small shop and an excellent restaurant serving a wide range of seafood, grilled dishes and pizzas.

For children there are two playgrounds with modern play areas, the campsite also offers bike, kayak and SUP board hire, outdoor fitness facilities and boat hire. For guests with electric vehicles, there is also a 22 kW electric charging station.

Odličen manjši kemp v zalivu s prodnato plažo in zelo čistim morjem, tako da je super za manjše otroke. Kemp zelo priporočam tistim, ki uživajo v lepi, še precej neokrnjeni naravi, čistem morju, miru, raziskovanju novih krajev in da okrog njih ni raznih animacij (vodnih parkov), restavracij, supermarketov ipd.. Je super izhodišče za raziskovanje otoka (s kolesom ali avtom). V kempu je na voljo najem kajakov po razmeroma ugodni ceni. Manjši trgovini sta v kempu in v sosednji vasici, kjer se dobi vse potrebno, ni pa supermarket z ogromno izbiro. Glede na to da so cene v trgovini nekoliko višje in da kemp ponuja brezplačni najem hladilnikov je fino pripeljati kaj s seboj.

Lep majhen kamp, ki se nahaja v majhnem zalivu s kristalno čisto vodo. V zalivu je tudi potopljena ladja (zanimivo) V kampu je zelo tiho - posebej ponoči. V kampu in blizu in restavracij s hrupno glasbo, tako da je kamp primeren za obiskovalce, ki bi radi uživali v miru...
Sanitarije so zelo čiste. Tople vode je bilo dovolj ves čas. Mogoče bi morali biti več tušev, saj je bilo včasih potrebno malo počakati da si prišel na vrsto za tuširanje.

V kampu je majhna trgovina z osnovnimi življenjskimi potrebščinami (kruh, ...). Majhne trgovina je še obeh krajih v bližini kampa: Verunić (1 km), Veli rat (3km). Priporočam Verunič. Cene so približno 20-30%, najvišja kot na celini (Zadar).
WiFi deluje brez težav, vendar samo v bližini restavracije .
Za raziskavo otoka predlagam uporabo koles. Iz kampa do severnega dela (svetilnik Veli rat) otoka je 6 km (brez večjih vzponov). Zelo zanimiv je obisk svetilnika s koder je čudovit razgled (zaračunajo 10 kn po osebi)
Vse osebje (recepcija, restavracija, čistilka, ...) v kampu je zelo prijazno. Vidi se , da je kamp v zasebni lasti.
Zaradi majhnosti kampa je potrebno (priporočljivo) rezervirati parcelo vnaprej.
Kamp priporočam vsakomur, ki si želi mirno kampiranje, brez hrupa, …. Zagotovo bomo prišli spet naslednje leto.
