Campsite Koversada has been a nudist campsite for many years, but in 2025, Maistra decided to divide the entire campsite into two parts: the textile campsite Koversada Covered facing Vrsar and the nudist campsite Koversada Uncovered facing the Lim Channel. We checked out what's new, added photos of all the new stuff, and even a short video.

On the edge of Vrsar, the newly renovated Koversada Covered textile campsite offers guests about 700 well-equipped camping pitches, with 141 mobile homes added, and there are also several agency safari tents on the island.
On the edge of the Lim Channel, the Koversada Uncovered naturist campsite is still available, offering nudist camping enthusiasts around 500 camping pitches, 30 mobile homes, and apartments in the rear section.
Camping on well-maintained pitches
Koversada Covered is a beautifully maintained campsite with shaded pitches, set mainly by the sea and in the central part, while there are sunny pitches in the Standard zone. The campsite also has a very diverse beach ranging from pebbly to sandy, with a concrete and rocky section. There are also two dog beaches.
This year, more than 500 camping pitches have been completely redesigned, while 200 existing pitches at the beginning of the campsite have remained unchanged, as has the unparceled part of the island, which is intended for tent campers. The pitches are equipped with electricity and water, and some also have drainage.

Three new types of pitches have been added this year:
- Comfort Maisky (22 pitches) with a children's play area in the form of a holiday trailer
- Comfort Bath (20 pitches) with a private bathroom already set up on the pitch itself, plus a dishwashing area
- Comfort BBQ (11 pitches) with a summer kitchen, canopy, barbecue, and terrace

It is also possible to camp with a tent on an unplotted area on the island of Koversada, which is connected to the mainland by a bridge. Guests with vehicles can bring their camping equipment to the island and then drive back to the mainland, where there is a parking lot nearby. Pitches on the island cannot be reserved, and the price is slightly lower than for a standard pitch.
There are also a few agency safari tents available for rent on the island. These are spacious tents for 5 people with two bedrooms and a small kitchen, while the sanitary facilities are shared. The tents are located in the shade of pine trees, so they are not air-conditioned. Dogs are not allowed in these tents.

Camping with a tent on Koversada Island
There are several sanitary facilities next to the pitches, two of which are completely new (no. 9 and 10) and are among the most modern in Istria. There are also two smaller sanitary facilities on the island.
The price of the pitch includes electricity and up to 6 people. This means that the price for 2, 4, or 6 people is the same.
Holders of the Avtokampi card are offered special discounts and a package deal for 2 people. Until 11 July and from 7 September to 5 October, the price is €21 for 2 people plus dog on a Standard pitch (max. 2 additional people - extra charge of €10/person and max. 2 children under 5 years old - free). In the autumn period from September 7 to October 5, a 10% discount again applies to all types of pitches (includes pitch and accommodation for up to 6 people).

Rent a mobile home in the Koversada Covered textile camp
New in our offer: modern mobile homes located on the far left side of the campsite. These are air-conditioned homes with one, two, or three bedrooms for 2–6 people. All units have a kitchen, one or two bathrooms, and a spacious terrace with seating.
Koversada Covered mobile homes are spacious enough for a comfortable vacation: the 18 m² homes are perfect for couples, while family homes with two bedrooms are 32 m² and those with three bedrooms are 40 m².
The mobile homes are located near the new children's playground, the entertainment area, and the sandy beach, which is particularly suitable for children. There is also a pier connecting the two ends of the bay which serves as a kind of shortcut, but is also suitable for jumping into the sea.
