It is a website where we have gathered a wide range of exceptional villas that most tourists don't even know about, as many of them are tucked away from the most besieged towns and roads, where endless rivers of cars roll down in the summer.
The largest concentration of villas is in Istria, where you'll find more than 560 villas along both the east and west coasts, as well as in the tranquil, green interior of the peninsula.

What is a villa?
A villa is a very broad term, under which everyone imagines something different. From traditional old houses built in stone, where you can feel the charm of the past, to modern architectural gems made of top materials and equipped with smart gadgets.
Even when it comes to size, perceptions vary: For some, vila is a house to accommodate at least 2 couples, while others expect to have enough bedrooms in their villa for all their relatives and friends.
But one thing is common to 95% of all villas: swimming pool. It can be large and suitable for swimming, or smaller, just for soaking, with massage jets or a water spring - a pool, a sun terrace, sun loungers and a barbecue by the villa are simply mandatory.

Prices
As with all categories, the price range is very wide, too. Prices surprise people in two ways: many do not expect to find a villa for the same price as a slightly larger apartment. In cases where a group of guests decide to rent a larger villa and then split the cost according to the number of bedrooms, the final amount per couple may be even lower than if they had chosen a standalone unit for their holiday.
Of course, there's also the other side of the price spectrum, where you'll find genuine mansions in exclusive locations, with 8 or more bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, huge swimming pools, catering and every amenity you can imagine. With these options, the price of a week's rental can quickly exceed 10 or 15 thousand euros.
