Camping in Mura region
Beautiful plains, green fields, unique dialects, incredible food: all this is Pomurje. The origin of the name is clear - the Mura is one of Slovenia's most recognizable rivers, and the romantic mills on its banks have inspired many Slovenian artists.
Add to this the exceptional amount of sunshine throughout the year and the numerous spas, and we can all agree that camping in Pomurje (and Prekmurje) is the ideal choice of accommodation. The aforementioned spas are of course one of the main attractions, but they are far from the only reason to visit.
Campsites in Prekmurje are also an ideal base for culinary indulgence, exploring folk traditions or simply relaxing in nature, while the flat landscape is ideal for cyclists of all abilities.
