Camping in southeast Slovenia
The Kolpa River has always been synonymous with Bela Krajina. It is the true artery of the region, acting as a dividing line between Slovenia and Croatia, but at the same time its role is extremely unifying.

The locals have adapted to the demand and promoted riverside camping along the Kolpa River, which with its flat terrain and plenty of shade is an ideal base for many campsites with tents, glampings, mobile homes and, of course, campervans. Add to this a beautiful river for safe canoeing or kayaking, a host of other sporting activities, local culinary specialities and excellent wines, and you have the perfect equation for a perfect holiday.
