Croatia has announced to open their borders for 10 European countries and introduced application for submission of travel information which enable faster crossing of the border.

Croatia open its borders to citizens of 10 European countries, who no longer need to state the reason for their travel and show evidence, for example booking of a camping pitch or mobile home at the campsite, as has been necessary in recent weeks.

However, it is advisable to fill in the data about persons traveling and stay in Croatia on new website that is available at this link - https://entercroatia.mup.hr

In this way, the Croatian border will be open to citizens of Slovenia, Germany, Austria, Hungary, Slovakia, the Czech Republic, Poland, Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia.

With prior data entry, waiting at border crossings with Croatia will be reduced, as at border crossings where this can be arranged, entry points will be separated for those who have previously entered data into the system and for all others who will have to wait for data entry at the border crossing.

The web application includes personal data of passengers (name, surname, date of birth, personal document number, mobile phone number, email), duration of stay in Croatia, information if the person has suffered from COVID-19 or he/she was in contact with the sick person, the reason for the travel and where he/she will be accommodated.

Website allows you to enter data for several people on one form - we recommend that people who will travel together in one vehicle enter information in one document. If persons from the same family are travelling to different destinations, each person must complete their own document.

You will immediately receive a confirmation of the submission and recommendations from the Croatian Health Insurance Institute to the e-mail address you entered in the form. This confirmation, which includes the number of the submitted application, should be stored on a mobile phone or printed when crossing the border.
