n 2018, the largest developer in the Middle East, Emaar Properties, announced the construction of a new Emaar Beachfront community in the bay opposite Mina Seyahib between two important areas – the Palm Jumeirah and Marina Dubai. The complex will include 27 buildings of five sub-communities. In Marina Vista, Sunrise Bay, Grand Bleu Tower and Beach Vista, there will be two towers. Luxury villas will be put up for sale in Beach Isle. In total, the developer will offer buyers about 10,000 apartments, including:

• 3- and 4-bedroom penthouses;
• 3- and 4-bedroom villas.
The elite residences will have access to two private beaches, public areas and entertainment venues, as well as popular locations in the Emirates Hills, JBR and Downtown Dubai.
In addition, foreigners can purchase housing here, as the community belongs to the freehold zones.
